Implementation resource planning 
Ensures TI resources are planned properly (quality and quantity) for sites in the 
market. Provides demand plan for needed implementation teams (Survey, IC&I)

Responsible for reporting of TI-site progress from “Site Survey” through “Notice To 
Proceed” to “Site Acceptance” 
Supports to regional PM to prepare / update roll-out schedule (IPM) by filling 
“Construction starts” and Construction completed” milestones in IPM 
Own of SCOP documentation accuracy for sites in the market and responsible 
for getting them within agreed time from GCs. 
Quality Change Management
